Skimming on to new plasterboard or existing plaster including sand and cement backgrounds and gypsum based backgrounds to provide a durable and smooth finish.
Modern bagged base coats and Silicone renders for a variety of backgrounds. This type of render is low maintenance as painting is not required and also resistant to shrinkage. Available in 60+ colours.
Traditional sand and cement render for certain types of brick and blockwork. Provides moderate protection from water ingress when decorated with a suitable masonry paint.
Lime based renders and plasters provide a breathable alternative to gypsum based backgrounds (internal) and sand and cement renders (external) whilst still acting as a barrier from poor weather conditions. Required for certain applications in heritage work.
Application of gypsum based backing plasters such as Hardwall and Bonding or Internal sand and cement render as part of a system to receive a skimming coat ready for decoration.
Plasterboard or insulated plasterboard can be fixed to varying substrates such as brick or blockwork using a bagged adhesive. This is a modern alternative to float and setting.
Using either lime based renders, cement based tanking systems or damp proof membrane systems to allow application of internal finishing plasters and paints.
Using insulation or insulated plasterboard to increase the U value of walls, floors or ceilings. Vent installations to increase air flow and reduce mould growth on exterior walls through condensation.
Cladding is used to provide protective layer on a building whilst still adding to the aesthetics. When paired with a traditional or modern render system it can enhance the appearance of your property.
